Amadeus
is one of those males that just grabs your attention. His fiber is a wonderful shade
of light rose gray with great character from tip to base. His blanket is very uniform in color and character with just a
few small brown spots; very nice indeed.
In addition to his very nice fiber, Amadeus has excellent conformation. He is a
strong, solidly built male with. You can tell he is a boy from a distance; no guessing
here.
Amadeus has an impressive heritage. His sire is the silver gray RIng Ridge Smokey
and his grandsire is the famous Peruvian Pluro. Pluro was one of the finest full
Accoyo herd sires from Don Julio Barreda's herd that came into the United States
in 1994. Pluro went to work for Alpacas of America and then went onto Austrailia. Amadeus definitely
has the great qualities of his grandsire.

Spring 2008 Update: Amadeus has three cria on the ground so far. two girls and one
boy. All his cria have a tight crimp throughout their blanket, dense fiber and very
good conformation. We are very pleased with his offspring.
