Full Fleece

Rosie has lovely fiber and excellent conformation.

Rosie enjoying the grass

Rosie, shown here with her first cria, Silver Comet, is an exceptional mom that is very caring of her cria.

Rosie's Cria

Rosie has produced two exceptional male cria to date - Rocky Road (left) and Silver Comet (right).

Rosie is a lovely medium rose gray shade. Her fiber is uniform throughout her blanket. She has a lighter rose gray tuxedo with a white face and brown highlights.

Her personality is very sweet and still quite playful on those cool evenings. She is one of the first girls to find the dirt pile and roll. Rosie is a medium sized girl but is the queen of the barn. She keeps all the other girls in line.

Rosie has proven herself to be an exceptional mother. She has given birth twice with no complications. She has had a tremendous supply of milk. It's quite easy to know when the cria have nursed; they are given away by the substantial milk ring around their mouths.

Rosie's first cria was sired by Shaquille. Rosie produced a beautiful light silver gray boy that has an outstanding fiber with uniform crimp from tip to base. Rosie's second cria was sired by our own Luc's Captain Kirk. Rosie and Kirk produced another stunning cria who we named Rocky and is rose gray. Again, the fiber is just amazing with stunning crimp and fineness. We liked the combination so much that we paired Rosie with Kirk for a 2007 cria which gave us a beautiful rose gray girl. And just like her brother Rocky, she has crimp from tip to base.
